History

The band formed in November 2008 due to a common love for metal music. First band members Ma Tianqi 马天奇 and Li Lin 李霖 created the band; later, Ma Tianqi left for personal reasons. Around November 2009 Needle slowly found it's current shape with a notion towards thrash metal because even though the Beijing scene seems to be over flooded with all kinds of new metal styles they still believe in old school metal. Position through internal staff during the transitional times, not only hasn't affected the cohesion of the band but the band members to find a suitable location in the scene.
