Cities in China are hubs for the modern music, serving as centres and distributors of new sounds.

Within the subcategories you find all related articles in regard of the respective city, whereas within the article of each city are general information and scene reports about the city and its underground scene including further links (internal and external).

The map on the right side should give you an impression not only on the size of China in general, but also on the locations of the various hot spots of music in China. Consider the distance Beijing-Shanghai: ~1400 kilometre, about 12 hours by train.
