Absolution (救赎), Beijing punk rock band

History

Absolution (救赎) was founded in July 2008 by drummer Ma Haipeng and former guitarist Ma Liang. Through the summer of 2009, the band entered a new era. Lead singer Zhang Xuan (Jerry), as part of Beijing's new generation of MCs, created lyrics like a machine, using metaphors to elaborate on his philosophy of life. With influences such as Limp Bizkit ; Linkin Park ; Rize ; P.O.D, Absolution is riding the punk rock wave of the present with an eye on the future of Beijing rock.
